At Manhattan Custom Homes, we are dedicated to building your dream home exactly to your liking and specifications. And as a custom builder, we start from scratch, creating a new design floor plan for you as part of our custom building process.
We involve our customers in every step of the building process, from choosing tiles and taps to selecting the color of the facade and kitchen. We schedule appointments with our customers and take them shopping in showrooms with us to help them make informed decisions (If they are available). Else we keep them updated on every step through calls or providing images/videos of each progress through online media.
Throughout the entire process, from the planning stages to the final handover, we regularly keep our customers informed and updated on their projects' progress.
At Manhattan Custom Homes, we prioritize quality over quantity by limiting the number of houses we build each year. This allows us to focus on providing exceptional service to our clients and involving them in every stage of the construction process. We even create WhatsApp chat groups for daily updates to keep our clients informed and engaged throughout the building process. All contracts with Manhattan Custom Homes are Fixed Contracts.

We offer a standard seven years structural warranty.
